BI-Tech 10: Business Intelligence de Análise de Empregos em TI no Brasil

This article conducts a study of the Information Technology (IT) job market in Brazil from 2015 to 2024, based on data from the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). The methodology adopted a Business Intelligence process. The Power BI dashboard enabled a comprehensive analysis of the sector, including the profile of professionals by gender and age, the distribution of vacancies by region, state, and municipality, as well as the availability of IT positions and salaries. The results contribute to understanding the challenges and opportunities of the sector in Brazil, offering relevant insights for professionals, policymakers, and organizations.
