Sinopse:

No dia 29 de junho, o ciclo de festejos juninos culmina com as homenagens a São Pedro, protetor dos pescadores. No bairro de Brasília Teimosa, às margens da praia do Pina, no Recife, a devoção pelo santo se manifesta numa tradicional procissão: homens, mulheres e crianças partem da colônia de pescadores Z1 e seguem pelas ruas do bairro até o cais da Vila Moacir, onde o cortejo passa a ser marítimo. Nesse momento, vários barcos, decorados com bandeiras juninas e bolas, esperam a chegada da imagem do Santo para saírem pelas águas da bacia do Pina até o porto do Recife, onde os pedidos são lançados ao mar.

Synopsis:

On 29 June, the June festivities cycle culminates in the tributes to St. Peter, patron of fishermen. In the district of Brasilia Stubborn , on the shores of the beach Pina in Recife , the devotion to the holy manifests itself in a traditional procession : men , women and children leave the Z1 fishing village and follow through the neighborhood to the dock of Vila Moacir , where the procession becomes maritime .
