The work that we intend to present here used photography as a strategy for the comprehension of the cultural characteristics of the Belén neighborhood, an important popular space in the city of Iquitos. Along the developing of the series, we sought to explore its spaces, an objective for which photography was decisive in understanding the cultural aspects of the region (Guran, 2000).
