LINEAMENTOS DE DRENAGEM E DE RELEVO COMO SUBSÍDIO PARA A CARACTERIZAÇÃO MORFOESTRUTURAL E REATIVAÇÕES NEOTECTÔNICAS DA ÁREA DA BACIA DO RIO PRETO, SERRA DO ESPINHAÇO MERIDIONAL – MG
Abstract
O artigo tem por objetivo analisar os lineamentos de drenagem e relevo através de produtos de sensoriamento remoto (Modelos Digitais do Terreno (MDT), extraídos de imagens SRTM – Shuttle Radar Topography Mission, como subsídio para a caracterização da compartimentação morfoestrutural da área da Bacia do Rio Preto – Serra do Espinhaço Meridional, MG a partir da extração dos trechos retilíneos de relevo, onde se pode obter o direcionamento das principais feições estruturais da área. Neste contexto, foi possível estabelecer correlações entre as feições retilíneas na caracterização morfoestrutural da área com possíveis reativações neotectônicas.Downloads
