Abstract

In response to the growing brazilian movement of business incubation, the ANPROTEC in partnership with SEBRAE, developed the methodology CERNE - Reference Centre for Support to New Ventures, to create a platform of solutions to generate successful innovative ventures. The research aims to develop the process of financial management and sustainability by meeting the initial set and practice. Descriptive and qualitative case study was conducted through site visits, semi-structured interviews and documentary surveys. As a result, it was proposed a structure of cash flow, showing predicted values x and conducted a sustainability plan explaining the sources of funds. It is suggested the continuous improvement of statements with management bases, developing a plan of action to comply with the sustainability plan, as well as the development of indicators of financial performance.
