PUBLIC FINANCE AND FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY LAW: REFLECTIONS ON THE SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION OF THE MAIN ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTING BRAZILIAN CONFERENCES IN BETWEEN 2000 AND 2010

Abstract

This research aims to map the scientific literature that addressed the reflections of the Fiscal Responsibility Law in Brazil's public finances, published in the Congress and socialized USP Controller and Accounting, in EnANPAD, the CBC, and AnPCONT EnAPG in the period 2000 to 2010. The research methodology used, and their object was described as to their procedures, literature, and on the approach of his problem was quantitative. The results showed that there was interest in being is researching the Law of Fiscal Responsibility linked to public finance from the year 2002. The year with the largest representation of papers was published in 2008. Of a total of 153 articles found in the analyzed period, 20 % occurred this year. This result was also verified by the evolution of networks of collaboration of articles, ie, this year saw the highest concentration of networks formed.
