Análises qualitativas de metais em casca de ovos de Eretmochelys imbricata Linnaeus (1766) (Testudines, Cheloniidae)

O objetivo do presente estudo foi avaliar a presença de metais em cascas de ovos de Eretmochelys. imbricata coletados de dois ninhos depositados na praia de Maracaípe, Município do Ipojuca, Pernambuco - Brasil, utilizando uma metodologia qualitativa não invasiva. Nas cascas dos ovos foram identificados a presença de Hg, Li, Ba e Zn. Com isso,podemos concluir que a metodologia empregada para avaliar as cascas dos ovos de Eretmochelys imbricata permite identificar a presença de metais, podendo o método ser utilizado na avaliação exploratória em áreas de desova dessa espécie listada como em perigo de extinção.Références
