Manutenção Preditiva Veicular: Aplicação de T´écnicas de Aprendizado de M´aquina para An´alise Sonora de Falhas

A Ind´ustria 4.0 tem proporcionado mudanc¸as no setor automotivo, em especial a manutenção veicular, permitindo a transição de m´etodos reativos para a manutenção preditiva e personalizada. Deste modo, este trabalho investiga a aplicação da an´alise de ´audio para o diagn´ostico de anomalias em motores de combust˜ao interna. A abor dagem proposta utilizou um conjunto de dados de 537 ´audios, dos quais foram extra´ıdas caracter´ısticas como Coeficientes Cepstrais na Frequˆencia de Mel (MFCCs), Taxa de Cruzamento por Zero (ZCR) e Centr´oide Espectral, para classificar os sons de motores com o algoritmo Random Forest. O modelo demonstrou alta efic´acia, alcanc¸ando uma acur´acia de 99% ao diferenciar motores saud´aveis de motores com falhas de ignição. Assim, conclui-se que a an´alise de ´audio, combinada com o aprendizado de m´aquina, ´e uma estrat´egia promissora para o diagn´ostico automotivo.
