Objective: This study’s objective was to analyze the readiness for interprofessional learning among students in health-related courses in the interior of the state of Ceará. Method: This research was conducted with 411 students from the Physical Education, Nursing, Medicine, Psychology, and Odontology courses at two public universities in the municipality of Sobral, Ceará. A sociodemographic questionnaire and the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS) were applied. The instrument covers questions about teamwork and collaboration; professional identity, and patient-centered care. Data were analyzed using Student's t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation, with a significance level of p<0.05. Results: The study showed that students demonstrated readiness for interprofessional learning. Psychology students showed greater potential for collaboration, while Nursing and Medicine students showed the highest mean related to professional identity. The Physical Education course presented the lowest mean in "patient-centered care" compared to the other courses. Conclusion: It is concluded that, despite the readiness for interprofessional learning, there are still differences related to the technical and pedagogical characteristics of undergraduate courses that can interfere with this learning process.
