CARACTERIZAÇÃO DO MEIO FÍSICO PARA AVALIAÇÃO AMBIENTAL DE ÁREA DE INSTALAÇÃO DE POSTO DE COMBUSTÍVEL
Abstract
O presente trabalho descreve as atividades referentes ao levantamento dos principais condicionantes do meio físico associados às áreas de influência direta e indireta de empreendimentos do tipo posto de abastecimento de veículos, localizado na zona central do sítio urbano do município de Ilhéus-BA. O método adotado utilizou técnicas de mapeamento geotécnico para a espacialização e caracterização dos atributos físico-ambientais, bem como para avaliação de suas adequabilidades e susceptibilidades, frente as solicitações impostas por este tipo de empreendimento, tendo em seguida sido realizada campanha de amostragem de água subterrânea no sentido de determinação de possível contaminação por BTEX do lençol freático. Dessa forma, os resultados alcançados pelo mapeamento foram úteis no sentido de produção de informações físico-ambientais tendo em vista o atendimento as demandas da legislação ambiental em vigor. Os resultados das análises de amostras de água subterrânea indicaram valores inferiores aos estabelecidos na Portaria 518 de 26/03/2004 do Ministério da Saúde referente a concentrações que causam risco a saúde humana.Downloads
