OSCILAÇÃO PLUVIOMÉTRICA ANUAL E MENSAL NO ESTADO DA PARAÍBA-BRASIL

Abstract

O clima de toda e qualquer região, situada nas mais diversas latitudes do globo, não se apresenta com as mesmas características em cada ano e exerce grande influência sobre o ambiente, atuando como fator de interações entre componentes bióticos e abióticos. Este trabalho objetivou elaborar análise das precipitações média mensal e anual e de seus trimestres chuvosos e secos estimada pela média histórica dos últimos trinta anos no Estado da Paraíba e realizar seu mapeamento. Utilizou os totais mensais de precipitações obtidos nos postos pluviométricos da Superintendência de Desenvolvimento do Nordeste e da Agência Executiva de Gestão das Águas do Estado da Paraíba em postos selecionados com trinta ou mais anos de observações. Foi elaborada uma planilha eletrônica com os dados obtidos e calculada as médias mensais e anuais. Utilizando o software Surfer 9 foi elaborada a estatística utilizando a krigeagem e após produzido os mapas mensais e o mapa anual das médias. Os resultados demonstraram que a distribuição da precipitação pluviométrica ocorre de forma irregular e com grande variação durante todo o ano; a distribuição anual demonstra a alta variabilidade espacial de precipitação no setor central do Estado com menores valores em torno de 300 a 500mm, e no Sertão e Alto Sertão em torno de 700 a 900mm; no Brejo e Agreste de 700 a 1.200mm; e no Litoral em média de 1.200 a 1.600mm; as oscilações da precipitação mínima mensal fluem entre 0,1 a 60,77mm com uma média anual de 332mm; a precipitação máxima oscila entre 38,5 a 369,4mm e sua média é de 1.979,3mm; a precipitação média apresenta uma flutuação entre 11,5 a 152,1mm e sua média é de 854,6mm; no mês de janeiro ocorrem as chuvas mais significativas e de forma isoladas nas regiões do Sertão e Alto Sertão da Paraíba. No mês de fevereiro esta distribuição já se torna mais homogênea; os meses de março e abril são os meses mais chuvosos em praticamente todo estado e de maio a agostos os maiores totais se concentram na faixa leste e principalmente no Litoral sul. Setembro é considerado o mês mais seco e no restante do ano as chuvas ocorrem de forma isolada.
