ENTRE OS FIXOS E OS FLUXOS DA SULANCA
Abstract
Este artigo retoma a questão dos fixos e fluxos, na ótica do sistema capitalista, mas enfocando este tema a partir do controle dos objetos também através do pequeno capital, nas horizontalidades, e não apenas através das verticalidades. Enfatiza que o espaço deve ser visto como um sistema de objetos e um sistema de ações, resgatando, assim, sobre as inter-relações existentes entre os diversos territórios do Aglomerado produtivo de confecções do Agreste/PE, através dos seus fixos e fluxos. Destaca dois circuitos existentes a partir da atividade produtiva: o circuito de fluxo inferior informal e o circuito de fluxo superior secundário. Como também coloca sobre a necessidade de políticas conjuntas entre os poderes públicos e a sociedade civil, na perspectiva da construção de um desenvolvimento menos desigual.Downloads
