DETERMINAÇÃO DO ALBEDO NO MUNICIPIO DE BELEM DO SÃO FRANCISCO, COM BASE EM IMAGENS LANDSAT 7
Abstract
O albedo é uma medida da reflectância espectral de um corpo ou superfície. O sensoriamento remoto permite a medida da radiação refletida sobre objetos geográficos específicos, facilitando a interpretação do papel da cobertura vegetal e dos tipos de uso do solo sobre a estabilidade das formações superficiais (solos residuais, sedimentos inconsolidados etc). A partir das análises efetuadas, o município de Belém do São Francisco apresentou albedo em torno de 20%, ou seja, áreas com predomínio do estrato herbáceo. Foi também possível concluir que ocorreu aumento de albedo, quando da comparação do período chuvoso com o período seco, nas áreas onde há predominância de afloramento de rocha e sob o perdomínio de solos brunos não cálcicos. Esses solos são, também, reconhecidamente mais susceptíveis à erosão. Sugere-se que se utilizem séries temporais de imagens do período seco para estimativa do albedo, a fim de que se possa efetuar uma melhor diferenciação dos tipos de solos, sobretudo quanto à sua resposta erosiva sob os tipos de uso ora encontrados no município.Downloads
