ALBEDO DE SUPERFÍCIE ESTIMADO A PARTIR DE IMAGENS LANDSAT 5 – TM NO SEMIÁRIDO BRASILEIRO
Abstract
Recentemente o sensoriamento remoto e as técnicas de geoprocessamento vêm sendo usado em diversas áreas da pesquisa, principalmente no monitoramento ambiental do Brasil. Por sua grande extensão territorial a aplicação destas ferramentas é de grande importância no país, haja vista que se pode assim realizar diagnósticos de áreas de difícil acesso por meio de transportes e de acordo com a resolução temporal dos satélites pode-se realizar um monitoramento efetivos destas áreas. Como até o presente momento não foram desenvolvidos trabalhos para avaliar em que estado se encontra o processo de desertificação na região de Floresta (PE) através de técnicas de sensoriamento remoto o presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a evolução do processo de desertificação em duas áreas (uma conservada e outra degradada) na região do Sertão do Estado de Pernambuco através de uma série temporal de imagens Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM), visando conhecer o grau de degradação das áreas analisadas, bem como verificar se estas estão realmente susceptíveis ao processo de desertificação. Verificou-se que ambas as áreas analisadas apresentaram um aumento no albedo ao longo dos anos, logo se pode inferir que esta havendo uma degradação das terras analisadas.Downloads
