A GLOBALIZAÇÃO COMO POSSIBILIDADE DE INTERVIR NO COTIDIANO DAS AULAS DE GEOGRAFIA
Abstract
Este artigo aborda a experiência vivenciada durante o Estágio Supervisionado no curso de Licenciatura em Geografia da Universidade Estadual da Paraíba - UEPB. Ao longo do texto, se enfatiza a apresentação da experiência fruto do projeto de intervenção realizado em uma escola da rede pública de ensino de Campina Grande – PB, onde se buscou intervir na dinâmica escolar a partir da utilização de novas propostas de ensino e de um planejamento que propiciasse aulas mais dinâmicas e interativas, com metodologias que despertassem os alunos para a pesquisa, além de mostrar-lhes formas alternativas de se aprender Geografia. Dentre os recursos escolhidos, destacaram-se os filmes e a internet, a partir da compreensão de sua crescente representatividade na sociedade atual. Os resultados da pesquisa mostraram maior desenvoltura na percepção dos alunos referente à leitura e a escrita geográfica, assim como na construção dos conceitos e compreensão das categorias analíticas da geografia, neste nível de ensino.
