DINÂMICA DE USO E OCUPAÇÃO DO SOLO NOS MUNICÍPIOS DE CABO DE SANTO AGOSTINHO E IPOJUCA, PERNAMBUCO: PERÍODO DA CONSOLIDAÇÃO DO PORTO DE SUAPE

Este trabalho trata das mudanças de uso e ocupação do solo urbano nos municípios do Cabo de Santo Agostinho e Ipojuca, Pernambuco, resultantes da implantação de estruturas portuárias. Foram analisadas e mapeadas as transformações ocorridas durante o processo de implantação e consolidação do Complexo Industrial Portuário de Suape. As imagens do satélite LandSAT TM-5 referentes aos anos de 2006 e 2010, foram selecionadas, aplicou-se o processo de classificação supervisionada, realizou-se a interpretação das mudanças ocorridas com auxílio do software SPRING 5.2. A partir dos resultados inferiu-se que a área composta por edificações mais que duplicou, em detrimento das áreas com vegetação ou corpos hídricos. Além disso, foi possível constatar um intenso processo de modificação territorial e urbana.Downloads
