A PNCTIS NA CONSTRUÇÃO DE REDES CIENTÍFICAS: COOPERAÇÕES COMO CONDIÇÃO PARA A CRIAÇÃO DE UM SISTEMA DE INOVAÇÃO EM SAÚDE A PARTIR DA IMPLANTAÇÃO DA HEMOBRAS EM PERNAMBUCO
Abstract
O estímulo à formação de redes passou a ser parte integrante das políticas públicas na área de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (C&T&I) no Brasil, em especial, a Política Nacional de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação em Saúde (PNCTIS) na busca da resolução de problemas tecnológicos identificados pela sociedade, seja para avanços no estado da arte das áreas da saúde em geral, seja na construção de cooperação entre pesquisadores. Compreende-se assim, que o trabalho coletivo amplifica possibilidades de resultados satisfatórios, à medida que implica a interação de indivíduos e grupos de pesquisa com conhecimentos complementares necessários ao desenvolvimento das soluções ou do progresso da ciência. Portanto, o presente artigo tem como objetivo contribuir no debate sobre a necessidade da construção de redes científicas como condição fundamental para a criação de um Sistema de Inovação em Saúde em Pernambuco, sobretudo, potencializado pela implantação da HEMOBRAS no estado. Como resultado, mapeou-se a rede de pesquisa na área de Hematologia a partir de dados coletados na ISI Web of Science no o intuito de obter visibilidade das cooperações entre pesquisadores e instituições pernambucanas.Downloads
