Abstract

O livro “Terra à vista” é a obra resultante da disciplina de Teoria da renda da terra, ministrada pelo Professor Paulo Cesar Xavier Ferreira. Composto por uma série de artigos que tratam sobre a produção do espaço, desenvolvendo uma crítica acerca da especulação imobiliária e o monopólio da propriedade da terra, se propondo discutir a renda na produção capitalista do espaço. Os textos emergem conceitos e comparações para entender a apropriação da terra urbana e rural na sociedade contemporânea, reproduzindo o espaço para a manutenção do lucro e sobrevivência dos agentes envolvidos.

Licenciatura em Geografia e História pela Universidade Norte do Paraná (UNOPAR). Especialista em Metodologia de Ensino em Geografia pelo Centro Universitário Leonardo da Vinci (UNIASSELVI)). Mestrando em Geografia pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Geografia da Universidade Federal Fronteira Sul (UFFS).

Odirvan Gritti, Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)

Graduado em Geografia Licenciatura e Bacharelado pela Universidade de Passo Fundo (UPF). Especialista em
Georreferenciamento de Imóveis Rurais e Urbanos pela Universidade Regional Integrada (URI). Mestrando do Programa de Pós Graduação em Geografia pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (PPGGEO/UFSM). Bolsista da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior – Brasil (CAPES).
