REFERENCIAL TÉCNICO E TEÓRICO-METODOLÓGICO APLICADO A ESTUDOS DE CONFORTO HUMANO EM AMBIENTES EXTERNOS
Abstract
O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar os referenciais técnicos e teórico-metodológicos que sustentam, subsidiam e normatizam os estudos de conforto térmico humano em condições de ambiente externo, assim como, apresentar resultados da aplicação dessa metodologia ao estudo de caso de Santa Maria, RS baseados em coleta de dados primários em estação meteorológica móvel e aplicação de questionários de percepção da população. Baseou-se em coleta de dados climatológicos com estação móvel instalada no centro da cidade, assim como a coleta de dados de avaliação sensitiva da população às condições de conforto ou desconforto humano com aplicação de questionários. Esta avaliação concluiu ainda há uma necessidade óbvia de padronização das técnicas e métodos empregados para dar orientação na realização de pesquisas de campo em ambientes ao ar livre. Em face dos dados coletados em campo e em função da situação atmosférica anômala observada durante o trabalho de campo em agosto de 2015, verificou-se uma influência negativa do Vento Norte na sensação térmica da maioria dos indivíduos entrevistados. Foi possível observar que as sensações de conforto e desconforto térmico durante os dias de estudo não se limitaram apenas às variáveis microclimáticas e foram fortemente influenciadas pelas variáveis condicionadas pela circulação atmosférica associada ao clima regional.
