OS TERRITÓRIOS DO NARCOTRÁFICO: OS MORROS DO RIO DE JANEIRO
Abstract
As repercussões do tráfico aparecem como problema global na maior parte dos países. Atualmente, o tráfico de drogas realiza a lavagem em quantidades incalculáveis de dólares, através do sistema financeiro mundial. A partir de 1970 foram enviados para o presídio da Ilha Grande, litoral do Rio de Janeiro, guerrilheiros de esquerda, mas, também, seqüestradores e assaltantes de bancos, sem inclinações políticas de esquerda, permitindo uma troca de conhecimento entre eles. Esses presos comuns, depois constituíram o Comando Vermelho. De tal contexto resultou o narcotráfico nos morros do Rio de Janeiro. Analisando-se o comportamento dos contraventores envolvidos com o trafico de drogas pode-se discernir, nos morros, os territórios comunitários, fragmentados, liderados por grupos rivais de narcotraficantes, os territórios de esconderijo ou de refúgio, os territórios das fugas e os territórios representados pelas ruas que antecedem à subida para os morros do Rio de Janeiro.
