This paper aims to present the model of the social-environmental impacts management developed and implemented by the Electricity Company of Bahia - Coelba. This study is characterized as qualitative and descriptive. It was adopted the case study as the research procedure. Data were obtained through unstructured interviews and document analysis. The model of social-environmental impacts management developed by Coelba is based on the conceptual dimensions proposed by the explanatory model of CSR of the Ethos Institute. It is structured based on the Balanced Scorecard and Process Map of the company. With this model the company identifies and monitors the social-environmental impacts. The results achieved with the implementation of the model indicate that it can be used by the organizations of the Brazilian power sector as a tool to manage social-environmental impacts.Downloads
