Abstract
O presente estudo analisa a questão do acesso aos cargos públicos por parte dos estrangeiros no Brasil. Objetiva analisar de forma objetiva a questão das consequências da carência de regulamentação do art.37, I CF e da questão da lista de extinção para aqueles cargos públicos ocupados por estrangeiros anterior a Constituição Federal de 1988. Também integra este estudo uma análise da questão por parte da jurisprudência nacional feita pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal e o entendimento dominante limitando o estrangeiro aos cargos de pesquisador, técnico ou professor universitárioDownloads
