Abstract

Este trabajo constituye el texto elaborado a partir de la ponencia presentada por el autor en el evento «JOSÉ MARTÍ: MIRADAS DESDE EL DERECHO. Jornada conmemorativa por el aniversario 140 de la obtención  por JOSÉ MARTÍ del grado de Licenciado en Derecho Civil y Canónico, en la Universidad de Zaragoza (España)», organizado por la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de La Habana, la Sociedad Cubana de Derecho Constitucional y Administrativo de la Unión Nacional de Juristas de Cuba y la Oficina del Programa Martiano; celebrado el 8 de octubre de 2014, en La Habana.
