DIREITO PROCESSUAL CONSTITUCIONAL E DIREITO CONSTITUCIONAL PROCESSUAL: UM DEBATE EM ABERTO
Abstract
O texto trata dos principais aspectos epistemológicos dos novos Direito Processual Constitucional e Direito Constitucional Processual, sem dúvidas um dos assuntos mais estudados na América Latina, onde, segundo forte parcela da Doutrina identifica o universo no qual se concentra o maior progresso destes estudos. De forma quase pioneira na nossa doutrina, discute as questões da Recepção Legislativa e da Codificação da legislação, esta pioneiramente, defendida pelo autor desde 2007, no livro Constituição & Processo (Curitiba: Editora Juruá).
