AS MANIFESTAÇÕES POPULARES OCORRIDAS NO BRASIL NO ANO DE 2013 SOB OS OLHOS DA TEORIA DO RECONHECIMENTO DE AXEL HONNET

Abstract

O presente artigo busca analisar a Teoria do Reconhecimento de Axel Honnet e, a partir desse ponto de vista, pretende-se compreender os movimentos sociais ocorridos no Brasil, no ano de 2013. As manifestações expressaram a indignação da população frente ao governo atual, em busca de melhores condições de vida, tais como: a garantia plena pelo cidadão ao acesso à saúde e educação de qualidades, melhoria da segurança pública, dentre outros. Além disso, buscaram os manifestantes uma reforma política, uma vez que há grande insatisfação com o trabalho desempenhado pelo Executivo, bem como com a inércia do Poder Legislativo. Percebendo-se, portanto, que as manifestações sociais fazem parte da história da humanidade e que a melhoria de vida só é alcançada através das lutas sociais.

Possui graduação em DIREITO pela Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (2011).Especialista emDireito Privado pela Universidade Candido Mendes - RJ e em Direito da Propriedade Intelectual pelaJustus Liebig Universitat - Giessen, Alemanha. Mestre em Direito do Trabalho pela Puc Minas (2014). Atualmente é professor da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais e do Centro Universitário UNA.

Gabriela Nogueira Matias, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais

Mestranda em Direito do Trabalho pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (2013/2014). Possui graduação em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (2012). Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito do Trabalho, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: responsabilidade do estado, empregados de cartório e sucessão trabalhista.
