Linguagem entre a Experiência (de Trabalho) e o Conceito
Abstract
Resumo: O artigo apresenta três experiências de abordagens clínicas do trabalho apresentando o que nelas nos permite compreender as tessituras entre atividade simbólica e industriosa no agir competente de trabalhadores. A linguagem aparece neste contexto como um problema maior de investigação, convidando à colaboração interdisciplinar entre as ‘ciências do trabalho’ para enfrentar questões relativas à formalização dos saberes e experiências dos trabalhadores.

Abstract: The paper presents three experiences of approches to clinical work presenting what they allow us understand between the symbolic activity and industrious activity and competent workers in action. The language appears in this context as a biggest problem for research, inviting interdisciplinary collaboration between the 'science of work’ to address issues related to the formalization of knowledge and experience of workers.
