Do romance: entre a “lei do gênero” e a “lei do gênio”
Abstract
Resumo: Este artigo analisa a contradição no alicerce da moderna afirmação do romance como gênero literário pelos chamados “realistas franceses” (Balzac, Zola, Maupassant).

Abstract: This article analyses the contradiction in the basis of modern affirmation of the novel as a literary genre by the so-called “French Realists” (Balzac, Zola, Maupassant).
