Avaliação da Viabilidade Econômico-Financeira da Produção sob Demanda com Abordagem Lean Healthcare em Clínicas: Revisão Sistemática Utilizando o Método PRISMA
Keywords:
Lean Healthcare, viabilidade econômico-financeira, clínicas, produção sob demanda e revisão sistemática (PRISMA).Abstract
This study presents a systematic review of the application of Lean Healthcare in clinics and health centers, focusing on economic and financial feasibility. The main objective is to analyze, using the PRISMA method, how lean principles influence efficiency and economic sustainability in these environments. The methodology was based on the PRISMA protocol, with searches in scientific databases between 2015 and 2025, resulting in 20 articles selected and classified using the InOrdinatio method. The results show that Lean Healthcare contributes to continuous improvement, eliminating waste, and increasing and improving the patient experience. It is concluded that Lean Healthcare is a promising strategy for healthcare management.
