Avaliação da Viabilidade Econômico-Financeira da Produção sob Demanda com Abordagem Lean Healthcare em Clínicas: Revisão Sistemática Utilizando o Método PRISMA

Este estudo apresenta uma revisão sistemática sobre a aplicação do Lean Healthcare em clínicas e centros de saúde, com foco na viabilidade econômico-financeira. O objetivo principal é analisar, pelo método PRISMA, como os princípios do lean influenciam a eficiência e a sustentabilidade econômica nesses ambientes. A metodologia baseou-se no protocolo PRISMA, com buscas em bases científicas entre 2015 e 2025, resultando em 20 artigos selecionados e classificados pelo método InOrdinatio. Os resultados mostram que o Lean Healthcare contribui para a melhoria contínua, eliminando desperdícios, aumentando e melhorando a experiência do paciente. Conclui-se que o Lean Healthcare é uma estratégia promissora para gestão de saúde.
