Dimensões do desenvolvimento de competências para contextos de trabalho na Indústria 4.0: uma revisão sistemática de literatura

Objetivo: Este artigo apresenta dimensões do desenvolvimento de competências para contextos de trabalho na Indústria 4.0, dado que o estudo pode impactar as organizações no enfrentamento de desafios específicos e no contínuo debate sobre o futuro do trabalho.
Método/abordagem: A pesquisa exploratória e qualitativa, utiliza o método de revisão sistemática da literatura para as publicações até o ano de 2020. A partir de protocolo pré-definido, foram selecionados 28 resultados, para serem lidos e analisados com base em seus conceitos e suas contribuições.
Contribuições teóricas/práticas/sociais: O artigo fornece insights sobre os principais indicadores de áreas de estudo, período e países envolvidos nas publicações pesquisadas. Propõem-se quatro dimensões e respectivas correlações com os artigos pesquisados, na intenção de apontar as principais perspectivas delineadas pelas publicações.
Originalidade/relevância: Dado que novos caminhos sociais apontam para a importância da transformação digital na agenda de pessoas, organizações e governos, essa pesquisa contribui por apresentar dimensões correlatas entre desenvolvimento de competências e Indústria 4.0 e por propor uma revisão bibliográfica internacional, bem como ressalta estudos com diretrizes teóricas e casos para aproveitamento no Brasil.
