Abstract

I aim to point out possibilities of thinking about a philosophy that includes the debate about the role and capabilities of women in Ancient Greece, from one of fragments assigned to Phintus from Sparta, in a possible work written by her, which, according to Stobaeus, bears the title On the woman moderation, For this, I mobilize some possible research themes from the presentation of the fragment. It is important to highlight that this research is in its initial phase, so the text does not bring conclusions; it presents, however, issues that could be developed in future works.
