Avaliação do programa Pernambuco rural sustentável à luz dos investimentos produtivo-sociais

Abstract

The work aims to evaluate the repercussions resulting from the agreement between the Pernambucostate governmentand the World Bank through the project Pernambuco Rural Sustentável (PRS). Between July 2013 and June 2020, the PRS entered into agreements with 371 (three hundred and seventy-one) entities for the implementation of subprojects within the scope of rural development. Of this total, 74 (seventy-four) were benefited through Investments in Rural Economic Inclusion. For the most accurate evaluation of the PRS, a sample of 34 (thirty-four) of the subprojects of Family Producer Organizations (OPFs) benefiting from socioeconomic investments was selected. To compare the income generated by the projects before and after the project Pernambuco Rural Sustentável(PRS), as well as with some of the economic aggregates of the Municipalities, Development Regions and the State of Pernambuco, the variable used was the Average Monthly Monetary Income -RMMM. Carrying out the analysis from the Average Monthly Monetary Income of the projects equated to the Social Reproduction Level (used parameter), a positive average shift in the incomes of most projects was verified as a reflection of the policy of the Sustainable Rural Pernambuco Program
