Uma das principais economias da região do meio oeste catarinense é o reflorestamento do Pinus sp., muitas tecnologias vêm sendo desenvolvidas para a sobrevivência dessa espécie, tanto em viveiro como a campos. Portanto, o objetivo desse trabalho foi avaliar a fitoestimulação de isolados de fungos ectomicorrízicos como Pínus taeda sob diferentes concentrações de cobre com o diagnóstico do crescimento, diâmetro, altura, taxa de mortalidade e micorrização das mudas em viveiro. As mudas de Pinus taeda foram inoculadas com os fungos ectomicorrizicos USFC-36 (Cenococcumgeophilum Fr.), USFC-72 (Rhizopogon sp.) e USFC-113 (Suilluscothurnatus Sing.). Conclui-se que os fungos auxiliam as mudas em relação altura, diâmetro, diminuição na taxa de mortalidade das mudas. Assim, esse estudo visa a utilização de fungos associado com Pinus sp. em áreas contaminadas com metais pesados.
A B S T R A C T
One of the main economies of the midwestern region of Santa Catarina is the reforestation of Pinus sp., with the perspective of better forest production, many technologies have been developed to improve the survival of this species, both in nursery and in fields. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the interaction of ectomycorrhizal fungi isolates such as Pínus taeda under different concentrations of copper. The seedlings of Pinus taeda were inoculated with the ectomycorrhizal fungi USFC-36 (Cenococcum geophilum Fr.), USFC-72 (Rhizopogon sp.) And USFC-113 (Suillus cothurnatus Sing.) and were tested for copper tolerance along with control, the growth, diameter, height, mortality rate and mycorrhization of the seedlings were evaluated. It is concluded that the Fecm aid the seedlings in relation to height, diameter, and decrease in the survival rate of seedlings. Thus, this study aims at the use of fECM associated with Pinus sp. in areas contaminated with heavy metals.
