Práxis de cuidados dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde
uma revisão de escopo com implicações para a saúde

Introdução: 71,5% da população brasileira depende do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), garantido constitucionalmente em 1988. 100% da população se beneficia do SUS (vacinação, saneamento, ANVISA, farmácia etc.). Desde sua implementação, ele vem sendo sucateado pelas forças neoliberais. Entre 2016 e 2022, o desmonte afetou usuários, trabalhadores e gestores. A perspectiva dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACSs), por viverem nos territórios, pode revelar os desafios da população mais afetada. Objetivo: mapear estudos e analisar criticamente os efeitos dos cortes orçamentários. Métodos: revisão de escopo. Fonte de dados: pesquisa realizada em 12 de julho de 2024, incluindo 23 estudos. Resultados/Discussão: dois eixos: 1) os desafios que afetam o atendimento e 2) as práticas coletivas-emancipatórias melhoram os direitos. Conclusão: a equipe multiprofissional de atendimento, baseada nos princípios do SUS e da educação permanente, em uma abordagem ético-política e democrática, fortalece a Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF), o SUS e os direitos humanos.
