MAPEAMENTO DE ÁREA DE PRESERVAÇÃO PERMANENTE (APP) DE CURSO D’ÁGUA INTERMITENTE PARA ATENDIMENTO AO CADASTRO AMBIENTAL RURAL (CAR)
Abstract
O Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR) tornou obrigatório que todos os imóveis rurais cadastrem, em uma base nacional, as Áreas de Preservação Permanente (APP), entre outras exigências. No contexto do semiárido brasileiro, onde os cursos d’água são intermitentes e, normalmente, de pequenas dimensões (metros de largura), os levantamentos desses cursos devem ser realizados in situ e com precisão posicional compatível às suas dimensões. Este trabalho apresenta metodologia utilizada no mapeamento de APP de cursos d’água intermitentes, adequada para escala de imóvel rural. A metodologia se baseou: no georreferenciamento dos vértices definidores dos limites dos cursos d’água de um estudo de caso, realizado in situ pelo posicionamento GNSS no modo relativo cinemático; e na geração da APP, em um Sistema de Informações Geográficas (SIG) e com informações da legislação ambiental. Na metodologia proposta o uso do GNSS como fonte de dados permitiu delimitar as APP com precisão (decimétrica), eficiência, rapidez e baixo custo, o que mostra que ela tem amplo potencial na delimitação de APP em regiões como as do estudo de caso, caracterizadas por cursos d’água intermitentes e de pequenas dimensões.Downloads
