Abstract

The aim of this paper was to identify the motivations and difficulties of organic producers in the certified system in regions with divergent producer / producer profiles. Cases study was carried out in three states in Brazil, and among the main findings, producers in the states of Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo have the same motivations and difficulties, which are mostly different from the state of Pará. In view of this, it is necessary to adopt flexible measures so that each region has the conditions to mitigate the problems faced.
