FLORA LENHOSA EM UM FRAGMENTO URBANO DE FLORESTA ATLÂNTICA EM PERNAMBUCO
Abstract
Este estudo objetivou conhecer a riqueza da flora lenhosa de um fragmento florestal urbano. Foram realizadas coletas florísticas ao longo das trilhas existentes no interior do fragmento da Estação Ecológica de Caetés – ESEC, Paulista, Pernambuco, o qual possui vegetação classificada como Floresta Ombrófila de Terras Baixas. Também foi incorporada à listagem florística os registros das espécies lenhosas depositadas nos herbários PEUFR e do IPA. Foram identificadas 101 espécies e 78 gêneros distribuídos em 39 famílias. Fabaceae (13 espécies), Melastomataceae (12), Sapotaceae (7), Euphorbiaceae e Rubiaceae (cinco espécies cada), Annonaceae, Lauraceae e Myrtaceae (quatro espécies cada), juntas representam 8,31% do total de espécies levantadas. Das espécies mais comuns no interior do fragmento destaque para todas as espécies da Clusiaceae, além de Manilkara salzmannii (A. DC.) H.J. Lam, Sacoglottis mattogrossensis Malme e Actinostemon verticillatus (Klotzsch) Baill. As espécies de Melastomataceae também se destacaram por estarem presentes na borda do fragmento. Este trabalho ressalta a importância de estudos florísticos relacionados à floresta Atlântica, com ênfase em fragmentos florestais urbanos, os quais fornecem subsídios para recuperação de áreas degradadas baseada na composição de espécies lenhosas de floresta Atlântica.Downloads
