Aplicação da lei processual no tempo: os honorários de sucumbência e a Fazenda Pública

Abstract

Este trabalho objetiva investigar os critérios que disciplinam a aplicação no tempo das normas processuais, tendo em vista a entrada em vigor do Código de Processo Civil. A abordagem tem como direcionamento específico o instituto dos honorários de sucumbência contra a Fazenda Pública, analisando, para tanto, os precedentes e os ensinamentos da doutrina.
