Michel Pêcheux e Ferdinand Saussure: existe um diálogo possível?

Abstract

As contribuições de Ferdinand Saussure são inúmeras, não apenas no campo da Linguística, mas para o campo das ciências humanas de um modo geral. Ao estudarmos a relação de sua teoria com a Análise do Discurso francesa (AD), observamos que Pêcheux bebeu de sua fonte, apesar de se distanciar de alguns de seus conceitos. Neste trabalho, apresentamos os possíveis diálogos e rupturas entre a AD e a teoria saussureana trazendo alguns recortes que demonstram a relação entre essas duas áreas de estudo.
