Abstract

This  article  aims  to  map  the  main  skills  required  of  workers  in  the manufacturing  industry  in  the  context  of  the  Fourth IndustrialRevolution.  For  that, descriptive  research  was  carried  out,  based  on  bibliographical  research  (Systematic Literature Review), using the Web of Science portal as a database and a series of steps outlined in the Systematic Review Protocol. 16 articles on the subject were included in this study, which indicated technical, methodological, personal and interpersonal skills as the most required in the context of industry 4.0. The results reveal that the technical skills of digitization, automation and robotics include  most of the skills required by industry 4.0 in Europe. For this reason, it is proposed to continue studies in Brazilian industries.
