Avaliação apreciativa integrada às mudanças mais significativas: um estudo de caso do Plano de Logística Sustentável da UFRPE

O artigo faz uma avaliação apreciativa integrada às mudanças mais significativas ocorridas no Plano de Logística Sustentável da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (PLS/UFRPE) na perspectiva de seus gestores. A Investigação Apreciativa foi utilizada como instrumento de avaliação institucional, combinada ao estudo das mudanças mais significativas na gestão de programas institucionais. A pesquisa é descritivo-exploratória e qualitativa, com aplicação de questionários junto aos responsáveis pela implementação do PLS. Três níveis de mudanças mais significativas foram encontrados nesta avaliação apreciativa: a) no nível individual, observou-se o aumento da conscientização pessoal e do conhecimento acerca de metodologia de tratamento dos resíduos sólidos, ao lado da institucionalização da coleta seletiva solidária na UFRPE; b) no nível grupal, apontou-se a conscientização e adesão da comunidade universitária às boas práticas de sustentabilidade, desenvolvidas em bases compartilhadas quanto aos resultados obtidos no gerenciamento de resíduos; e c) no nível organizacional, verificou-se que a evolução do papel da UFRPE na formulação e implementação do PLS se mostrou consistente com as exigências das políticas de gestão ambiental do país.
