Estratégias de realidade virtual e da realidade aumentada no ensino de anatomia

O ensino atual de anatomia nas universidades se resume a palestras expositivas e atividades de laboratório. Com o advento de novas tecnologias, surgiram novas possibilidades de ensino que podem complementar e até substituir os métodos tradicionais de ensino. Foi realizada uma revisão da literatura, seguindo a metodologia da revisão integrativa, ressaltamos dez estudos publicados entre junho de 2017 e junho de 2022 que empregaram estratégias de realidade virtual e realidade aumentada no ensino de anatomia, encontrados por meio de uma busca na base de dados Pubmed, utilizando os termos “Anatomy” “Digital Anatomy”, “Virtual Reality”, “Augmented Reality”, “Teaching” e “Education”. Concluímos que a realidade virtual e a realidade aumentada têm um valor promissor para o ensino de anatomia, além da possibilidade de redução de custos, a longo prazo, em comparação as demandas do ensino tradicional nas universidades.
