The teaching work and the teaching-learning reactions are in constant transformation, especially with the advancement of Information and Communication Technologies - ICTs in the school environment. It is also noticeable new pedagogical methods that allow greater autonomy of students in the construction of knowledge. These social and educational changes convert the teacher's role from a holder of knowledge to a facilitator, in the search for methodologies and in the dialectical construction of learning with their students. In this context, the production of teaching materials emerges as essential procedures to promote more dynamic classes, with the collective construction of knowledge centred on the student. The booklet is a resource that fits into this active methodology, being adaptable to the most diverse disciplinary fields, such as Geography. Such production of booklets with a geographic focus is the general objective of the present work. As methodological procedures, the stages of production of this didactic material are highlighted, both in its textual and graphic aspects. From this exposition, it is concluded that the booklet is an excellent resource to assist the contents of Geography, contributing to the exercise of interdisciplinarity, transversality and didactic transposition of this disciplinary component.
