Mapeamento dos Determinantes da Satisfação Residencial: alinhamento de projetos habitacionais com o consumidor

Este trabalho tem por objetivo mensurar a satisfação residencial e determinar os fatores mais significativos para a sua ampliação. O desmantelamento do setor de habitação na década de 1980 representou o início de um período sem políticas significativas de fomento ao setor habitacional no Brasil. Apenas a partir dos anos 2000 surge um programa robusto de fomento à habitação “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” o qual promoveu uma expansão neste segmento no país. No entanto, um fator pouco considerado foi a percepção das populações sobre as características pretendidas nos imóveis, comprometendo a satisfação residencial. A qualidade de vida e sentimento de bem-estar de uma sociedade são influenciados pelo nível de satisfação residencial. Este estudo contou com a participação de 379 residentes da Região Metropolitana do Recife-PE, e mostrou que os fatores que mais afetam a satisfação residencial relacionam-se a: características da habitação, instalações públicas, em menor medida com serviços de suporte da habitação, instalações da vizinhança e ambiente social.
