Abstract

Innovations have represented the main source of competitive advantage in recent years, forcing companies to create new services, products, and organizational and marketing practices. This new trend is based on several developments related to the role of business incubators, academia, and companies in achieving inclusive entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable growth. It is noted that studies on sustainable entrepreneurship are incipient, making research scarcer when related to the 2030 Agenda. In this sense, the present research selected 13 relevant articles that discuss the topic, aiming to analyze innovation from a sustainable point of view, addressing economic, social, and environmental aspects, as well as the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development. To this end, a literature review was conducted to identify concepts related to sustainable innovation, which were analyzed and discussed. As a result, it was observed that sustainable innovation leads to sustainable entrepreneurship, and consequently, to the goals and objectives of sustainable development.
