Modal infoviário na logística da informação: estudo da sua importância e competências de futuros profissionais

Resumen

Este artigo teve por objetivo compreender a importância do estudo do modal infoviário na formação e capacitação de futuros gestores. Para atender a este objetivo, o trabalho foi baseado em (1) uma revisão da literatura e (2) aplicação de um questionário à uma amostra de graduandos da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Como resultado, observou-se um universo de possíveis utilizações do modal infoviário e o benefício do seu uso traz para a sociedade. Com a aplicação do questionário, constatou-se que, apesar dos estudantes próximos da conclusão da graduação apresentar maior conhecimento do que os demais, de modo geral, dos alunos demonstraram possuir um nível de conhecimento ainda insatisfatório sobre o modal infoviário. Por fim, o presente trabalho enfatiza a importância dos futuros gestores estarem devidamente preparados para atuar em uma sociedade global digital.
