Abstract

This work is intended as an initial approach about two fundamental concepts in the philosophy of Rousseau and of its proximity to a notion of process on this author. Freedom and perfectibility are elements that permeate the entire work of the party and take several faces thinker as own works are distinguished from each other. However, despite this difficulty, we reflect on the human history taking into consideration the ideas of Rousseau about these concepts primarily in early speeches and in the Social contract. The man began his story, leaving your pure animality, when their virtual colleges were put into action by external causes to their own nature. We understand that a reflection of history in Rousseau is possible from an approach of the unfolding of these distinctive natural faculties of men.
