Fitorremediação do cobre em mudas de Pínus taeda inoculadas com fungos ectomicorrizicos (Phytoremediation of copper in Pínus taeda seedlings inoculated with ectomycorrhizal fungi)

A fitorremediação é um processo essencial para a adaptação das plantes em área com excesso de metais pesados e xenobioticos, entre os mecanismos da fitorremediação a fitoestimulação consiste na associação de microrganismos com plantas, compondo um dos principais mecanismos de recuperação de áreas degradadas. Portanto, objetivou-se com esse trabalho avaliar a interação da fitoestimulação das mudas de Pínus taeda associadas com os fungos ectomicorrizicos através da absorção de micro e macronutrientes. As mudas de P. taeda foram inoculadas com os fungos ectomicorrizicos UFSC-36 (Cenococcum geophilum Fr.), UFSC-Rh72 (Rhizopogon sp.) e UFSC-Su103 (Suillus cothurnatus Sing.), submetida a diferentes concentrações de cobre, sob condições de viveiro. As mudas de P. taeda que não sofreram inoculação dos fungos ectomicorrizicos, apresentaram uma fitocapacidade somente na dose de 3 mg, em doses superiores as mudas apresentaram menos absorção do cobre. A fitoestimulação entre os fungos ectomicorrizicos UFSC-36, UFSC-Rh72 e UFSC-Su103 e as mudas de P. taeda apresentaram a capacidade de remediar o cobre presente em substrato. As mudas inoculadas com o fungo ectomicorrízico UFSC-36 foram eficientes na absorção do fósforo, contribuindo para novas pesquisas, onde se sabe que a região do meio oeste catarinense é pobre na disponibilização de fósforo no solo. Sabendo do potencial dessa associação, deve-se aprofundar estudos referente à fitoestimulação dos fungos ectomicorrizicos e a espécie Pinus sp.
A B S T R A C T
Phytoremediation is an essential process for adapting plants in an area with excess heavy metals and xenobiotics. Among phytoremediation mechanisms, phytostimulation consists of the association of microorganisms with plants, forming one of the main mechanisms for the recovery of degraded areas. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the phytostimulation interaction of Pínus taeda seedlings associated with ectomycorrhizal fungi through the absorption of micro and macronutrients. The seedlings of P. taeda were inoculated with the ectomycorrhizal fungi UFSC-36 (Cenococcum geophilum Fr.), UFSC-Rh72 (Rhizopogon sp.) and UFSC-Su103 (Suillus cothurnatus Sing.) and submitted to different concentrations of copper under conditions of nursery. The seedlings of P. taeda, which did not undergo inoculation of ectomycorrhizal fungi, presented a phyto-capacity only at the dose of 3 mg, at higher doses the seedlings presented less absorption of the copper. Phytostimulation among the ectomycorrhizal fungi UFSC-36, UFSC-Rh72 and UFSC-Su103 and the pineapple plants of P. taeda showed the ability to remediate copper present in substrate. The seedlings inoculated with the ectomycorrhizal fungus UFSC-36 were efficient in the absorption of phosphorus, contributing to new research, where it is known that the region of mid-west of Santa Catarina is poor in the availability of phosphorus in the soil. Knowing the potential of this association, we must deepen studies on the phytostimulation of ectomycorrhizal fungi and Pinus sp.
