Filhas de Marudá/PA: vivências das mulheres no universo da pesca em uma localidade da Zona do Salgado Paraense.

Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze, from a methodological and bibliographical perspective, using an ethnographic approach, the dynamics of the social relations of the residents - known the Daughters - around the world of fishing in one of the old fishing villages on the coast of the Salgado Zone of Pará, called Marudá. The research is part of my master's degree in the Postgraduate Program in Sociology and Anthropology at the Federal University of Pará, whose dissertation is in progress. As well as theoretical support and inspiration from the work of female researchers in the fishing world in the state of Pará, I also used other sources related to gender issues in this context, as well as my own experience as a black, peripheral and Amazonian woman, researching these coastal situations, in addition to other social markers that permeate the life stories of these women in a location in the Amazon region, which has its own inequalities, conflicts and particularities.
