Certainly the period of pandemic in which we are living, because of Covid-19, has caused changes in relations in all sectors of society. The school environment has moved from physical to virtual, with teachers technologically unprepared for a new model of teaching and communication with their students. Schools, in all spheres of governance, showed that in addition to thelack of basic infrastructure, some did not even have an internet network capable of assisting teachers and students. This text provides a view of geography teacherson the campus of the Federal Institute of Bahia in the city of Porto Seguro under a critical view developed by Milton Santos in the relationship between territory and education.
